PRIVACY POLICY

SHIPPING 

We ship worldwide.

USA orders are shipped with Canada Post and international orders are shipped with FedEx.

USA, Canada, and International:

Shipping is calculated per order based on weight and dimensions during checkout.  

International orders are subject to duty and custom fees paid for by the customer. Axion is not responsible for these charges. Shipping costs on orders do not cover duty and/or custom fees.

Please make sure you supply us with a full and correct shipping address, including your apartment number.

We don't ship to PO boxes.

In the event of an unsuccessful delivery due to an incomplete address, please note that additional shipping fees may apply for the reshipping of your order. 

ORDER PROCESSING

You will get an email confirmation when your payment has been received, and another email with your tracking number when your order has been packed.

Please allow anywhere from 7-14 days for the activation of your tracking number. 

Once an order has been placed, it can not be modified. 

PAYMENTS

Payments are made through PayPal or by Credit Card through Shopify Payments.

Please note that your bank may apply currency conversion fees.

Please note that if your order is being shipped to an address differing from the credit card’s Billing Address, we might request a picture of your ID or credit card matching the billing address.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Once an order has been confirmed, it is processed automatically and cannot be modified/canceled.

In the case you were sent the incorrect item or a defective item, contact us at customerservice@axionfootwear.com.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Please allow 5-7 days from the initial order to receive a tracking number. Please expect that there may be carrier delays. If you have any questions about your order, please email customerservice@axionfootwear.com

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders will be shipped with the method selected at checkout. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing in addition to the transit time. All orders are shipped with either USPS or FedEx. A tracking number should be provided via email once your order has been processed to ship. 

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER?
Unfortunately, once an order is submitted it is immediately transmitted to an automated processing system. This provides the fastest method for receiving your order. As such, order cancellations and modifications are not possible, even if the order has not been marked as shipped.

WILL YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, orders are available to shipped Worldwide to most countries. Please note, although we offer International shipping, Axion will not responsible for lost or damaged items. Tracking parcels once they leave the US can be difficult and will be up to the carrier in the final destination country. International orders must be placed at your own risk.

THE ITEM SAYS SOLD OUT. WILL IT RESTOCK?
Most items offered are limited edition and once they sell out, they will not be made available again with the exception of our apparel and accessories classics.

RETURNS PROCESS

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not, we would be happy to issue a store credit or refund for any "accepted" returned merchandise.

If the returned items are "accepted" after inspection, returned in the original condition with packaging, a refund or credit for the price of the product will be issued, excluding a $10.00 per-return restocking fee. Axion will not cover the cost of the return shipping. If items received are not deemed in original condition with original packaging, the customer will need to provide Axion with a return label within 48 hours of receiving the item or the item will be disposed of. 

Returns must be received by our warehouse within 30 days of purchase.

All returns must be authorized in advance by Axion. Returns sent back without official Axion authorization will be considered as unauthorized returns and will not be acknowledged by our warehouse. Additionally, Axion cannot issue returns for items that are purchased at other locations or online resellers.

NON-RETURNABLE

No Returns or Exchanges are accepted for any Sale or "worn" orders.

All SALE orders are final.

We reserve the right to correct, update or change our Return Policy at any time without notification.
