When will my order ship?
If you placed your order after 1/15, all orders process to ship within 1-3 business days.

** If you placed a "pre-order" prior to 1/15, your order should have been shipped and has separate shipping policies. Please email customer service with questions about your order.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders will be shipped with the method selected at checkout. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing in addition to the transit time. Orders are shipped with either USPS, FedEx, UPS or DHL. A tracking number should be provided via email once your order has been processed to ship. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to generate prior to contacting customer service.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Unfortunately, once an order is submitted it is immediately transmitted to an automated processing system. This provides the fastest method for receiving your order. As such, order cancellations and modifications are not possible, even if the order has not been marked as shipped.
Will you ship Internationally?
Yes, orders are available to shipped Worldwide to most countries. Please note, although we offer International shipping, Axion will not responsible for lost or damaged items. Tracking parcels once they leave the US can be difficult and will be up to the carrier in the final destination country. International orders must be placed at your own risk.
The item says sold out. Will it restock?
Most items offered are limited edition and once they sell out, they will not be made available again with the exception of our apparel and accessories classics.
What is your Return Policy?
All orders placed during the “10/15 Legacy Launch” and the "11/1 Black Collection Launch" are pre-orders and therefor, FINAL SALE. Returns will not be accepted on any items except for manufacturer defects subject to a return authorization. For questions, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
